▶︎ How to Upload a Case
To upload a single case (i.e., all documents are related to one patient), press the "Submit Case" button in the left-hand sidebar.
Then select a Business Line from the drop-down list and enter the name of your case. Choose a Case Name that's descriptive and clear, so you can easily find it in your case list using the search functionality.

You will also be able to enter a Date of Loss. We'll use this date in the summary as a key decision date, and present any impairments, conditions, or events that existed prior to, or started after, the Date of Loss.

On the right half of the screen, drag or select the source document files you'd like to upload for your case. Each case can include multiple files, and we support PDF, TIFF, PNG, and JPEG file types.
When you're finished adding your files, press the "Submit Case" button to start the upload process.
NOTE
Make sure to leave the page/tab open until the upload is complete.
▶︎ How to Download Case Notes
From the platform view, select "Case Notes" in the left-hand sidebar. Click the three vertical dots to the far right, and select "Download" from the drop-down menu.

After clicking "Download," you will need to wait up to 15 seconds for the file to finish downloading.
In Google Chrome, a pop-up window will appear in the top-right corner, confirming the download is complete. Click the PDF file in the pop-up window to open it, or find it in the "Downloads" folder on your computer.
The name of the PDF file will be the Case Name you entered when you uploaded your medical records.

NOTE
By default, Google Chrome is set to download files to the "Downloads" folder on your computer. Any custom web browser settings may impact this. To locate the PDF file on your computer, search for the Case Name you entered when you uploaded your medical records.
