Key “Modifiers”

The medical narrative:
Fracture (condition) + may be (modifier) = suspected fracture

“Patient’s father has high blood pressure”.

The medical narrative:
High blood pressure (condition) + patient’s father has (modifier) = family history of high blood pressure
