Self-Serve Portal Updates

We’re excited to share the latest updates to our Self-Serve portal with you. These enhancements were designed to improve your experience using our platform. Here’s what’s new:

Update 1: ‘Chat’ has been updated to allow for complex questions as part of In-Depth Analysis. Now, the chat can perform meticulous, deep-dive investigations into the medical records for nuanced, data-backed insights. It can also create structured output such as tables.
Effective Date: March 17, 2025

Update 2: Case Notes has been enhanced to surface more relevant, detailed, and complex information through In-Depth Reporting. The documents were previously presented in one long format, but are now broken down into manageable tabs. This update is automatically available to all users.
Effective Date: April 7, 2025

Update 3: A new "Cover Page" tab will appear as the first tab in Case Notes. It provides a high-level summary by pulling key insights from other report tabs.

Update 4: In addition to PDF, reports can now be exported in DOCX format, offering greater flexibility for editing and customization. Unlike the PDF, the DOCX format will not include source pages.
