Overview Sections

The Overview provides a high-level, holistic view of the information within the case and is divided into several key sections.

• Patient Summary: The patient summary is a high level, AI-generated summary of the entire case. It will contain some of the high level details of the case, such as current age and last weight, as well as some of the pertinent medical history found within the case.

• Recent Lab Results and Measurements: This section includes the most recent results for vitals such as BMI, blood pressure, and some important and common blood tests such as HgA1c and Total Cholesterol.

• Habits: The habits section includes information about tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and substance use.

  • Each habit will have one of 3 statuses:
    • Positive history: If there is a positive history, the date below the icon and title will show the last date where positive usage was noted. Clicking on the icon opens the section and the absolute last date mentioned is at the top. In the below example the last alcohol use mention in 3.11.2024 is negated, but there is former alcohol usage last noted in 3.6.2023.

  

  
  
  • Negated history: If there is a negated history all of the mentions within the source documents are of negated use.
  • Not found: If the status is "not found," then there is no mention within the document of either using or not using.

Clicking on any mention of usage will open a pop-up box highlighting where that information was found within the source. If there are multiple mentions, use the up and down arrows in the top right corner of the pop-up to review them all.

• Family History: This section provides details on the patient’s family medical history. It includes significant hereditary conditions and diseases.
• Allergies: This section lists any documented allergies that the patient has.
• Occupation & Avocation: This section details the patient's occupation and any documented avocations (hobbies or interests).
