Color-Coding of Extractions in the Source Documents

The extractions in the source documents are color-coded. Some of the more common colors you may see are:

• Yellow = conditions/labs/habits
• Orange = negated habits
• Red = abnormal lab result
• Pink = procedure
• Bright purple = medication
• Light green = date
• Grey-purple = occupation/avocation
• Teal = FHx
