Chronological Overview

The Chronological Overview is on the right part of the screen within the Overview section.

This section contains a timeline of the key medical conditions, ordered chronologically from the most recent mention to the oldest. The Chronological Overview has the first occurrence of a condition/event, allowing the reviewer to see when a condition started. For a full timeline view, including all mentions of conditions/events, see the timeline tab.

Each entry includes the date range during which the condition or event was mentioned. The entries can be expanded using the small arrow at the right for the citation from the source document which includes the condition/event. You can also click the mention (in blue) within that text, and a pop-up containing that source page will appear, providing more context if needed.
