Product Updates – January 2025
We’re excited to share our latest product updates, all designed to improve your experience and make your workflow even more efficient. Here’s what’s new:
Update 1: The Provider Reference in the PDF is now organized by last name. This enhancement makes provider information easier to read and more structured.

Update 2: The Occupation and Avocation section in the PDF is now configurable. If you’d like this feature turned off for your organization, please contact your DigitalOwl customer success manager.

Update 3: Case Notes impairments are now collapsed by default. Users can choose to expand only the relevant sections, simplifying navigation and improving usability.

Update 4: Case Notes for Life use cases are now ready for production, graduating from Beta status. If you haven’t seen a demonstration or are interested in utilizing Case Notes, please reach out to your customer success manager.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Update 5: Cases will now show an error message if there is an issue with the file during uploading. Previously, the DigitalOwl support team would reach out via email for processing issues. This update provides immediate feedback, ensuring issues can be addressed promptly to streamline uploads.
Effective Date: January 6, 2025
Update 6: The date range of records submitted is now available in the File Details section on the Overview screen of the WebApp. This information appears in a pop-up window. If the pop-up displays “Date Not Found,” the case was uploaded prior to this enhancement.

Update 7: The number next to handwritten pages in the File Details section of the Overview screen is now clickable. Clicking on it will take you directly to the referenced pages in the WebApp view, reducing steps and saving time.

Update 8: Users can now search for a specific workflow by name on the Triage screen, streamlining the process of finding relevant information.

Update 9: The “Upload Date” column on the Triage screen now includes a filter option, enabling users to generate reports for specific periods.

Update 10: Users can export the Triage table to an Excel file, which will include all current views such as applied filters, searches, and selected date ranges.
