Within each category, all mentions of that specific type are listed in alphabetical order. Clicking on an item in the left column presents every instance of that item, in chronological order, on the right side of the screen (see below).

You can click on any item on the right to view a brief snippet of where the condition or procedure is mentioned. If you click the open icon, a new window will open, displaying the source document with the specific reference highlight.
