Chronological Summary

Navigate to the "Chronological Summary" by choosing the relevant bookmark under "Supplemental Documents."

This section contains bookmarks with a full chronological medical summary for the case, and a separate chronological summary for each of the medical fields within the case.

The full chronological summary has a "Family History" section at the beginning with all the related extractions. The "Patient History" section includes all extractions in chronological order.

Extractions from the same date are aggregated even if they appear in different documents. Red represents high severity, blue represents medium severity and black represents low severity. All severities should be treated as a recommendation for the reviewer.

Clicking on any extraction will take you to its origin in the relevant reference section, where you can access the source document.
